How It Works
Submit your photos using the upload button, or email them directly.
Have a physical photo? I’ll schedule a local drop-off time or you can ship it to our studio.
Accepted file types: jpg, png, tiff, webp, pdf, ai, psd, cdr, eps
Pickup or Shipping: Local pickup can be arranged. If shipping is needed, I’ll confirm the timeline and shipping details with you.

Project Deposit
- Service Deposit: For all orders, a 50% deposit will be required ahead of service, unless agreed otherwise.Â
- Sales Tax: Taxes not included in listed price.
Tax Exempt Organizations/Entities: You must supply your tax exempt form prior to service.
Turnaround & Rush Options
Standard processing time is 5–7 days, depending on current project volume.
Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for an additional 25%–50% fee for jobs needed within 12–72 hours.
Photo Printing
POLICY
No returns accepted for custom prints. We promise the highest quality possible based on your original photo’s resolution.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll gladly reprint or offer up to a 75% discount based on the issue.
